Donald H. Heighington serves as counsel to the firm, and is an active member of the firm. Don has practiced law in Edmonton for more than 35 years, after graduating in Arts (B.A. Economics 65) and Law (LL.B. 68) from the University of Alberta. He has exceptional experience and expertise in business and commercial law, and in land development. Don has successfully represented clients before all courts in Alberta, and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Don provides advice and direction to local, national and international corporations, and to individuals requiring sophisticated knowledge and experience. Don has served both as a director and as an officer of various active business enterprises, and has undertaken commercial activities and projects for various clients and investors.
